Three things to write in your diary
Write what you are looking forward to

People who are looking forward to having fun will be more happy. Plan and write down at least once a week, and think about the fun appointments you’ll be waiting for later when you have to work hard.

As I introduced earlier, our diary app “Happy Note” has a function to implement future plans and a “log function” to look back on past events.

How about writing an appointment on Google Calendar and writing in your diary how much you are looking forward to it?

As such thoughts accumulate, the log function will eventually display fun memories as past events. Then, memories will be revived and happiness will be further enhanced.

2. Write down your growth
Want to know your strengths and weaknesses? Write your plan in your diary and compare it to the results later. It’s a great way to find out what you’re talented for and whether you’re growing up.

It’s a very practical proposal. It is very useful for looking at yourself objectively.

The Happy Note logging feature helps in this regard. You can display the diary of 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 10 years ago, so you can always look back on yourself in the past.

Compare past plans with the present and look to the future. It’s very important!

3. 3. Write down your worries
Studies show that writing down concerns can help you calm down and even improve your abilities.

It may be that your mind and emotions are organized by outputting it in words rather than holding it in your head.

Happy Note was developed with the concept of “writing three good things a day”, but it is also a good way to use this item to list the issues you want to organize in your head.

The original article, TIME magazine, recommends writing down other goals, writing down ideas, etc., but it is especially noteworthy.

“Write down the good things that happened to you”
(Write down the good things that happen to you)

That is the point.

In this, Professor Martin Seligman of the University of Pennsylvania proposes to use only 10 minutes before going to bed every night to write down three things that worked today and why they worked.

It really matches the concept of Happy Note!

This diary app, which also helps improve mental health, is being downloaded at the Windows / iOS / Android app stores!
